Apparently you deleted the post “Ashes to Ashes.” I had to comment anyway. It would have been hysterical except that I actually experienced something eerily close to that in a Catholic Church – Then only thing different was the global warming (I think it was “social Justice”) They might have even been playing John Lennon, but I think it was either “Let It Be” or “Hey Jude”
Well,I think he fact that I can witness that we did (in High School I think – Maybe College) write our sins on slips of paper (after talking about social justice type issues) and put them all in a ceramic bowl and burn them as part of an Ash Wednesday mass makes it satirical and not sarcastic!
