Did you think the trans-sexual craze was the final endpoint of the sexual revolution? Take a deep breath and buckle your seat belts. The roller coaster isn’t finished yet. I predict that within the next decade or so we will witness the rise of therian therapy.

What is a therian? Put simply and bluntly, it is a human person who identifies as an animal of some sort. It has a rooted history in human culture. You can read about it here.

Therianthropy refers to the fantastical, or mythological, ability of some humans to change into animals.[5] Therianthropes are said to change forms via shapeshifting. Therianthropy has long existed in mythology, and seems to be depicted in ancient cave drawings[6] such as The Sorcerer, a pictograph executed at the Palaeolithic cave drawings found in the Pyrénées at the Les Trois Frères, France, archeological site.

‘Theriocephaly‘ (Gr. “animal headedness”) refers to beings which have an animal head attached to an anthropomorphic, or human, body; for example, the animal-headed forms of gods depicted in ancient Egyptian religion (such as Ra, Sobek, Anubis).

I first came across the concept of transmogrification–the transformation of humans into animals–in a book on exorcism and the occult in which the exorcist described the experience of a man being transformed into a pig during the deliverance rite. His physical form actually shifted in such a way that he was not only squealing and grunting just like a pig, but his limbs transformed in such a way that he was able to run around the room just like a pig.The man had become demon possessed through bestiality with a pig.

Eventually we will be besieged with news stories about individuals who believe they are trapped not just in the wrong sexed body, but in the wrong species. Folks are already dressing up as animals. More on that below…but here’s another quote about therianthropy.

Some Native American and First Nation legends talk about skin-walkers—people with the supernatural ability to turn into any animal they desire. To do so, however, they first must be wearing a pelt of the specific animal. In the folk religion of Mesoamerica, a nagual (or nahual) is a human being who has the power to magically turn themselves into animal forms—most commonly donkeys, turkeys, and dogs—but can also transform into more powerful jaguars and pumas

At the moment this phenomena is classified as “species dysphoria” and is considered a form of mental illness. The experience of feeling that one is in the wrong species’ body is part of the “Furry” subculture…a subculture made up of predominantly homosexual white males.

83–90% of furries self-identify as White,

When compared with the general population, homosexuality and bisexuality are over-represented in the furry fandom[14] by about a factor of 10. Of the adult US population, about 3.1% of those polled identify as bisexual, 1.4% as gay, and 0.7% as lesbian according to a 2020 Gallup update. In contrast, according to four different surveys 14–25% of the fandom members report homosexuality, 37–52% bisexuality, 28–51% heterosexuality, and 3–8% other forms of alternative sexual relationships. The weird “furry fandom” is one aspect of the new sexual insanity. Are they just silly guys dressing up or is there a deeper imbalance within their minds?

Another survey at a furry convention in 2013 found that 96.3% of male furry respondents reported viewing furry pornography,

Some furries identify as partly non-human: 35% say they do not feel 100% human (compared with 7% of non-furries), and 39% say they would be 0% human if they could (compared with 10% of non-furries)

One aspect of homosexual bondage culture also features a kind of therian psychosis. Men dress up as dogs, wear leather dog masks and participate in sado-masochism role play. A recent article featured some US military personnel who displayed their proclivities.

The photos, which have appeared on social media, show male soldiers in uniform, or parts of uniforms, wearing dog masks, leather and chains. Some of the photos depict poses of submission and sexual acts. Another photo shows a soldier in combat fatigues wearing the dog mask on an airfield. Here’s the article. So where will this lead? I’ve written a short science fiction article about the subject here. It will lead to the continued, literal, abolition of Man. The human race transmogrified into animals.

We will see clever academics argue that this is not a mental illness, it is the way the person was born–anyone who denies the therian’s identity as an animal will be vilified, bullied and blamed for being a therian-phobe.

There will be pressure to have it removed from the psychiatrist’s manual of mental disorders.

More articles will appear normalizing the behaviors. Therian Story Hour will appear at libraries in which the Big Bad Wolf will be the hero. Articles will appear saying what fun your kids will have at  a furry convention. Here’s one already.

Then clever medical people will begin to pioneer therian reassignment therapy and therian affirming surgery. Hormones will be given. Genetic engineering will be pioneered. Face and body modification will be encouraged. Here are some freaky examples.

Am I being extreme? Ask yourself whether hormone treatments, double mastectomies and phalloplasty for teenaged girls, or castration and “vaginoplasty” for guys would have been dreamt of–much less mainstreamed– even ten years ago.

To think it through further, therian transition is the logical next step. The sexual revolution in all its different manifestations has already distorted and destroyed our human sexuality to such a degree that a huge number of people in our society are totally confused about sexuality. They no longer understand what a woman is or what a man is, and once the definition of our sexuality is lost our human identity is lost.  I can only understand myself and other people as either male or female. I don’t have the biological or psychological vocabulary to comprehend something different.

Then when the human identity is abolished what is left? Only a sad attempt to identify as something else–anything else–even an animal.
