If Hillary Clinton is elected President I will continue to fight against abortion by supporting our local charity that helps women in crisis pregnancies, by teaching the kids in my parish school about the evils of abortion, by marching for life, by preaching on the dignity of each human person from the pulpit, by working at a local and state level not only to restrict abortion, but to promote adoption, support women in crisis pregnancies and families who have chosen to adopt and foster kids.
I will continue to uphold Christian marriage between one man and one woman for life by helping divorced people, by counseling people whose marriage is in crisis, by preparing young couples for marriage the best I can, by welcoming with understanding and compassion Catholics who experience same sex attraction, by helping all single people to turn their life situation into a positive, creative and life giving experience. I will bless older couples struggling through the final stage of life together and I will try to help young people to catch a vision of the beauty, truth and goodness of true chastity and virtue.
I will try my best to preach the gospel of life and live the gospel of life, affirming the family, affirming children, helping the poor, working with the homeless and celebrating the liturgy with reverence, love, grace, beauty and goodness.
I will try to say the Divine Office for the good of the world and Christ’s church. I will attempt to pray the rosary every day for the blessing of my family, my parish and the world and for the defeat of evil. I will attempt to promote the rosary and the Divine Mercy for the salvation of souls and for the good of all people.
I will so all within my power to be a good and faithful Catholic priest.
If Hillary is elected I will try to do all this.
I will also try to do this if Donald Trump is elected.
