Lent is around the corner and there are some new offers on my two Screwtape Letters type Lent books–Gargoyle Code and Slubgrip Instructs.
Last year I went into the studio and recorded the book taking the parts of the various diabolical characters. It brought out the actor in me and I think you’ll really enjoy this–which is my first audiobook.
The exciting news is that Slubgrip Instructs will soon be available at Amazon as an audio book. Donor-Subscribers will receive news about how they can download the audiobook version for free, and if I can figure out the technology, it will also be available for non Donor-Subscribers to purchase here on my website for less than the Amazon audiobook version.
In addition both books are available again at a special Lent sale rate of $24.95 for both. Go here to learn more.
I’m also offering bulk discounts on both books. These are a great read for youth groups, high school religion classes or homerooms, parish study groups or Lent reading groups. Send me an email if you would like to purchase ten or more copies at a good discount.
PS: this can also work as a fund raiser if you want: you can purchase them from me at a deep discount and sell them on as a Lent fund raiser for your parish. Just shoot me an email at email@example.com to make this happen.
Finally, Not connected, to the Lent books, but beginning soon will be my twenty part podcast series on church history called Trials and Triumphs. This will begin as a special free offer for Donor-Subscribers, and when it is complete will be available to purchase as a download.
Donor-Subscribers are also eligible for various regular free offers. So, for example, today for Lent, they were offered a free copy of Brant Pitre’s fantastic book The Case for Jesus or Carl Olson’s book Did Jesus Really Rise From the Dead?
Every month Donor-Subscribers also get an email with the monthly Boox Grab Box–this is a selection of free books, CDs and other products that are available to Donor Subscribers free for the asking. In addition to this I negotiate extra discounts for Donor Subscribers for online courses, downloads and new books.
