The ninth episode of my podcast series True Fairytales is published today.

Go here to listen to The Fire Keeper…a story set in the future after the Great Catastrophe.

Lots of folks write about the importance of stories for sharing the faith with children, but fairy tales also make connections for anyone who likes a good story. I decided in my podcast series to record some of the fairy tales I have written alternated with some classics.

Listen to True Fairytales in the car with your kids or grand kids. I listen to podcasts on my morning walk. For full instructions on downloading and listening on your mobile device go here.

My stories were written when I was an Anglican priest and school chaplain. They were written for various school services or retreats. This one–The Fire Keeper was for Pentecost. I hope you enjoy it.

True Fairytales are posted here on the blog first for Donor Subscribers, and a week later they appear free of charge (but with sponsorship ads) at BreadBox Media.

You can listen to The Fire Keeper free at BreadBox here.
